Rachael serves as VP of Development and Community Relations and brings a diverse background of nonprofit management and fundraising, including experience with special events, capital campaigns, public relations, and communications. Rachael has managed organizational strategic planning, people operations, and programs, and has overseen the compliance and budgeting of millions of dollars of public and private grant funds.

In her role at Envision Utah, Rachael manages Envision Utah's Board of Directors, facilitates relationships with community partners, manages large events, and is responsible for fundraising for the organization. Rachael also contributes to project operations, communications, budgeting, and strategic planning. 

Her work spans several fields. Prior to joining Envision Utah, Rachael served as the Interim Executive Director for the Utah Foundation for the Blind and Visually Impaired, providing programs to prepare youth for their pursuit of college and careers. Rachael was the Manager of Grants Administration in Pittsburgh, PA for several centers and colleges, including the Remaking Cities Institute, the Center for Building Performance and Design, and the Colleges of Architecture and Design. Several projects produced by research centers during this time received national and international praise for success in community redevelopment, urban transportation, and sustainable buildings. Rachael has been a grant writer and program volunteer for social service, science, health, and arts organizations in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Utah. Rachael also had a 10-year career in international logistics and transportation. 

Rachael holds a Master of Public Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a BA in Philosophy from the Ohio State University.
